Tirohanga Whānui

I was initially assigned to the working group responsible for designing the software tool used to track change projects across Kāinga Ora. While the Digital team developed the tool, I supported the Change Team as the primary impacted group by building early awareness and creating a succinct training plan that integrated the ADDIE instructional design framework and the ADKAR Prosci change management model. Tasks included:

  • Branding

  • Surveying the learners

  • Co-design workshops

  • Online training sessions

  • One-to-one coaching 

  • Creating a user guide
