Change Trainer Value Uplift
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Lean Six Sigma is a collaborative, data-driven methodology used to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing process variation. At Kāinga Ora I completed both my Yellow Belt (foundational concepts) and my Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. To achieve Green Belt certification, I completed a project to uplift the value of Change Trainers and, by extension the Change Enablement team. I followed the principles of DMAIC.
